Daily Fitness Challenge:
Spend 10 minutes working on tripod, handstand, or headstand holds. You’ll be improving shoulder strength and stability, your balance, and coordination! Have some fun and challenge yourself!

Every break is unique and instead of repairing an item like new, the 400-year-old technique actually highlights the “scars” as a part of the design.
