TEAM WOD at 9:15am! All fitness levels are welcome and any friends or family in KC visiting are welcome to drop-in today or tomorrow (no charge)!
We start class with a fun and challenging warm up with dynamic stretching and bodyweight drills followed by either a strength or skill component and a team conditioning workout! We always have modifications available for beginners, so come as you are and get a great workout in either day!
