Saturdays at KCI-TEAM WOD at 9:15am!
All fitness levels are invited to attend our 9:15am every Saturday morning. This class has a fun group warm up and stretch followed by a team workout that involves challenging, but easily modified drills! Come prepared with water and a towel!
