Daily Fitness Challenge:
Accumulate 10 minutes in a Plank. Do it in as few sets as possible. Every time you take a break – do 5 burpees!

You can choose a different path, a different outlook, a different vibe, at any time you damn well please. So who are you going to be [today]?” — SHE THRIVES
How to apply this today: You first must believe in your mind you are capable of change, even just a little! Drastic change isn’t an event; it’s a process. Start today by identifying WHO you want to be. What type of person do you want to be? What are the behaviors/habits of that type of person? Write it down! Commit to making one small change for the next 30 days. Once you’re consistent with it, make one more change. If you make one small change every 30 days from today until the end of the year – you’ll have made 8 changes – and that will add up to a lot! You can be a completely different person – the type of person you want to be!
