The Barbell Club consists of specific training that includes the snatch, clean & jerk, squatting, deadlifting and assistance training to help improve each athlete’s speed, strength, flexibility, and power.

Athletes of all abilities are welcome. If you want a great workout while focusing on movement quality and being coached on all aspects of the barbell – the KCI Barbell Club is the place to be!
