WOD:  3 Rounds for total reps

-30 seconds HR push ups

-Rest 30 sec

-30 seconds TTB (sub hanging knee raises)

-Rest 30 sec

-30 seconds DU (sub singles)

-Rest 30 sec

-30 seconds strict pull-ups (banded if needed)

-Rest 30 sec

Post:  Double or triple under practice
