Goal is sub 12 minutes.

-30 Snatch 115/80 (sub 95/65)

-30 Clean and jerks 115/80 (sub 95/65)

Goal is sub 12 minutes.

Nov WOD:  EMOM 12

-Minutes 1, 2 and 3:  8 Hang power snatch at weight determined by Coach and athlete (sub OH lunges if athlete cannot safely snatch)

-Minutes 4, 5 and 6:  15/10 Calorie Bike

-Minutes 7, 8 and 9:  8 Hang power clean + push press

-Minutes 10, 11 and 12:  15/10 Calorie Bike
