Rx athletes should be squatting.

Int athletes choose lighter ascending weights and squat

Novice athletes choose even lighter ascending weights, Hang power snatch only

Accessory work:  4 sets, athlete chooses reps

-“Hips to bar” Bar Muscle up drill.
