Gymnastics Complex:  6×1 Complex (not for time)

Complex:

-6 Chin-over-the-bar pull ups

-4 Chest to bar pull ups

-2 Bar muscle ups

Rx+ = The complex is UB

Rx =  The complex may be broken up but still completed IN ORDER

Int = 6 Pull ups, 6 Chest to bar (modified at the rig) and 6 Dips

Rx+ athletes will rest 3 full minutes post complex then perform a ME, UB set of BMU.

Rx athletes will rest a 3 full minutes post complex then perform a ME, UB set of C2B.

Int athletes will rest 3 full minutes post complex then perform a ME, UB set of pull ups.

EOMOM 10 (Every other minute on the minute)

Back squat:

-10 Reps @ 70%

-8 Reps @ 75%

-6 Reps @ 80%

-4 Reps @ 85%

-2 Reps @ 90%

Strict two minute rest between sets
