WOD:  Complete 4 rounds FOR LOAD

-:30 Front squats

-Rest 1 minute

-:30 Bench press

-Rest 1 minute

-300m sprint

-Rest 1 minute

Athletes will choose their own weights for each lift.  We are looking for max weight moved over the course of 4 rounds

The reps do not have to be unbroken, but must stay within the :30 time constraint.
