WOD:  The “Power 5” Kettlebell Complex

Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes, perform:

-5, 1-arm KB swings (per side)

-5, 1-arm KB snatches (per side)

-5, 1-arm KB cleans (per side)

-5, 1-arm KB front squats (per side)

-5, 1-arm KB push press (per side)

 Weight AHAP.
