WOD:  For load

-1 Snatch + 1 OHS

Rx athletes = squat snatch + OHS

Int athletes = power or squat snatch + OHS

Nov athletes = technique only, light to moderate weight, limit to ~30 reps/each

(Optional) conditioning:  Not for time

-3x400m run

-Work to rest 1:1

Aim for three, consecutive efforts.
