-5 Snatches 135/95 lbs

-3 Rope climbs 15’

-1, 50’ Handstand walk

Athletes may power or squat snatch.

Int Conditioning WOD:  3 rounds for time

-50 DU’s

-5 Snatches 115/80 lbs

-3 Rope climbs 12’

-1, 40’ Alligator crawl using gliders under the rig (sub down and back x2 on other turf section)

Athletes may power or squat snatch.

Novice Conditioning WOD:  3 rounds for time

-100 Single unders

-5 Power Snatches 95/65 (sub 75/45)

-3 Rope lowers

-1, 50’ Bear crawl
