-20 Squat snatches 115/80

-20 Squat snatches 135/95

-AMRAP Squat snatches 155/110

Athletes must change their own weights.

Int WOD:  AMRAP 7

-10 Power snatches + 10 Overhead squats 75/45

-10 Power snatches + 10 Overhead squats 95/65

-10 Power snatches + 10 Overhead squats 115/80

Athletes must change their own weights.  The reps will be performed as 1 power snatch + 1 OHS.
