WOD:  AMRAP 20

-200m Med ball run 30/20

-100 Double unders

-50’ DB lunge 50/35 (per arm, front rack)

-12 Ring push ups

 

Int athletes sub 50 DU or 100 Singles, sub 40/20-lb lunges (weight at the side) and HR push ups

Beg athletes sub 100 singles, sub BW lunges and knee or box push ups
