WOD:  Every two minutes x 8 sets

-3 Hang Power Cleans

-3 Front Squats

-3 Push Jerks

Building sets; weights jumps chosen by the athlete.  Record highest complex completed.

 

Rx+ athletes will begin at 115/80

Rx athletes will begin at 95/65

Int athletes will begin at 75/50

Beginner athletes will begin with the bar
