WOD:  Complete 12 rounds (6 per athlete)  

With a partner “I go, you go format”

AMRAP 1

-10 Burpees

-Max effort hang squat snatch

Rest 2 minutes.  Score is total combined hang squat snatch reps.

Athlete 1 will work 0:00-1:00 and rest 1:00-3:00.

Athlete 2 will work 1:00-2:00 and rest 2:00-4:00. This pattern continues until all 12 rounds are completed.
