Monday, June 25th WOD

Strength WOD:  Back squat heavy triple

-Start at 60% and add 10/5-lbs every 90 seconds until reaching a heavy triple (not a max).


Conditioning WOD:  Alternating Tabata


-Strict pull ups

-GHD sit ups

Alternate between the three movements for 12 minutes.

:20 on, :10 off.


Post:  Group stretch
