WOD:  AMRAP 15

-10 Power cleans

-15 Handstand Push ups

-400m run

Rx+ 155/105, as written

Rx 135/95, sub 12 HSPU

Int 115/80, sub 10 HSPU or 10 Pike push ups

Beg Discuss with Coach

Partner 1 will complete the power cleans and handstand push-ups, while Partner 2 is running. Then you will switch. Keep track of rounds and additional reps.
