WOD:  On the minute x15

Minute 1:  2 Cleans at 75%

Minute 2:  2 Cleans at 80%

Minute 3:  1 Clean at 85%

Minute 4:  1 Clean at 90%

Minute 5:  Rest

Misses = 1 burpee/miss to be performed at the end of the workout.

Full cleans for Rx and Int athletes. 

Hang power clean for beginners.
