Full snatches


Rx+:  165/110

Rx:  135/95, sub chest to bar and ring dips

Int 115/80, Power snatch, sub chin over the bar pull ups and banded ring dips

Beg:  Hang power snatch, banded pull up and push ups


Post:  Optional Back squat

5 at 65%

5 at 75%

5+ at 85%
