WOD:  EMOM 8

-5 Deadlifts at 65% of 1RM

With any time remaining until the :30 second mark:
-Max Kipping Handstand Push-ups

-Sub Pike or box push ups, sub regular push ups

 

Rx+ EMOM 8

-3 Snatch at 75% (full snatch)

With any time remaining until the :30 second mark:

-Max Kipping HSPU

After the wod is completed, finish with a 5×3 Halting Snatch Deadlift
