WOD:  For time:

-50 Curtis P’s 115/75

-500 DU’s

1 Curtis P = 1 power clean, 1 lunge, 1 lunge, 1 push press

Teams of two will work together to accomplish both tasks in the shortest amount of time. Athletes can work at the same time but on different skills.
