0:00-7:00 is the build followed by the EMOM. One lift per minute, rest and add/subtract weight with remaining time.

Misses = 3 Burpee penalty per. To be completed at the end of the hour.

Conditioning WOD:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

-3 Deadlifts

-7 Push press

Rx Men:  275-lb. deadlift, 115-lb. push press

Rx Women: 185-lb. deadlift, 75-lb. push press

Int Men:  245-lb deadlift, 95-lb push press

Int Women:  155-lb deadlift, 65-lb push press
