Barbell conditioning:  5 sets, ascending weight

Minute 1:  3 Power cleans

Minute 2:  3 Push jerks

Minute 3:  3 Power cleans and push jerks

Minute 4:  Rest and load

Set 1:  60%

Set 2:  65%

Set 3:  70%

Set 4:  75%

Set 5:  80%

 

(Optional) Post:  Front squats

1×5 at 60%

3×5 at 65%
