LV. B Run conditioning:

-400m, Rest :30

4 minute rest (jog an easy 200 during)

Finish with:

-50 yard sprint, walk 150 yards

-50 yard sprint, walk 150 yards

-50 yard sprint, walk 150 yards

Rest 4 minutes

Repeat entire cycle

 

LV. A Perform 600m instead of 400m (:40 Rest)

LV. C Perform 200m instead of 400m

Sprints are the same across the board

Long Row equivalents:  750/500/350

Short Row equivalents:  80m hard/120m easy

 

Post:  Bench press

5×75, 5×80, 5×85%
