Open Gym Hours today 9-10am and 4-7pm

  1. Make up a workout you missed earlier this week

  2. Do (or re-do) a “Benchmark” Workout to test your fitness!

  3. Spend time in Active Recovery: Row, Bike, Stretch. Get moving!

  4. Work on one of your weaknesses!
