Technique:  Push jerk + Split jerk (from the rig)

8 x 1+1

Light to moderate weight, working technique and speed

WOD

Complete 6 rounds for max load

-5 Hang Power Cleans

-5 Front Squats

-5 Jerks

Unbroken.

Rest as needed between sets.

Drops or misses result in 5 burpee penalty (to be complete at the end).
