EMOM 8:

1 Power snatch + 1 Hang squat snatch + 1 OHS at 70% (of lightest lift)

 

Deadlift:

3×70, 3×80, 3+ at 90%

No drops, must control the descent.

Goal is to complete at least 3 reps at 90%

 

LV. A Conditioning:  For time

UB DU

25-50-75-100-75-50-25

 

LV. B Conditioning:  For time

Choose a challenging (but possible) rep scheme

Discuss with Coach

 

LV. C  EMOM 10

-80 Singles

Athletes must be able to complete 2 reps per second. If this is not possible, discuss with Coach a better rep scheme.
