Tuesday, October 31st WOD


1:  3 reps clean at 70%

2:  2 reps clean at 80%

3:  1 rep clean at 90%

4:  Rest

Repeat x3 (4 total sets)

A’s full squat

B’s full squat or power into squat

C’s power clean


WOD:  Push press

5×85%, 3×90% and 1+ at 95%

Optional Post:  Athlete choice

Suggested skill:  Jump rope


Suggested WOD:  For time 75/50 reps HR push ups. Every time you break, 50 DU (sub 100 Singles)


Suggested mobility:  Banded hip or shoulder
