LV. A WOD:  For time

800m runs; 12-9-6 reps

-Back Squat 225/135 (from the floor)

-Bar Muscle ups

At 3,2,1 GO, Athletes will perform an 800m run, then complete the round of 12’s. 800m run, the 9’s…and so on. (Three, 800m runs total).

 

LV. B:  For time

Same.

Sub Chest to bar Pull ups or regular chin-over the bar Pull ups.

Weight at 225/145 (sub 185/115)

 

LV. C:  For time

600m runs

Sub Banded Pull ups.

Weight at 155/95 or 135/75
