WOD:  Deadlift

5×85%, 3×90% and 1+ at 95%

 

WOD:  Running Conditioning

 

A athletes Run conditioning:  8 minutes easy, 6 minutes moderate and 4 minutes hard.

Athletes will have to determine what that looks as feels like.

A athletes = continuous running

 

B athletes can take 1 minute off of each run and rest that minute between separate paces

7/5/3; Rest 1 minute between

 

C athletes can take 2 minutes off each run and rest those 2 minutes between paces

6/4/2; Rest 2 minutes between
