WOD:  EMOM 16

1:  3 reps Snatch at 70%

2:  2 reps Snatch at 80%

3:  1 rep Snatch at 90%

4:  Rest

Repeat x3 (4 total sets)

 

LV. A Conditioning WOD:  3 rounds for time

-10 DB Forward, alternating lunges 50/35

-12 Chest to bar Pull ups

 

LV. B Conditioning:  3 rounds for time

-10 DB Forward, alternating lunges 40/20

-12 Pull ups

 

LV. C Conditioning:  3 rounds for time

-10 DB Forward, alternating lunges (discuss with Coach)

-12 Banded Pull ups (sub Ring rows)
